About Innova
The Innova Partnership is dedicated to delivering high-quality construction projects with a commitment to sustainability and innovation in London and the south east.
Through the Partnership, we have the opportunity to revitalise underutilised railway land and bring new life to communities.
Innova is a 50/50 public private partnership between Network Rail and the infrastructure and property developer IJM who has a successful track record of delivering new homes.
Through this collaborative, partnership-driven approach, Innova will deliver development on or adjoining rail land in order to contribute to the sustainable development of infrastructure and new homes in the UK.
Public Consultation
We held a public drop-in event on Thursday 25 September, from 3.30pm to 8pm at the Highbury Roundhouse, 71 Ronalds Road, N5 1XB.
There were information boards on display outlining the emerging proposals and members of the team were hand to answer any questions.
Following on from the event, the community was invited to provided feedback on the emerging proposals.
The public consultation period, which ran until midnight Thursday 9th October, has now closed.
We would like to thank everyone who has submitted their feedback. All comments received are being considered as we develop our plans for the site.
